We get it. Subscriptions aren't for everyone, and we want to make sure you're only receiving what you want, when you want.
Before you go, if you're not seeing results just yet or just have too many unused products cluttering up your counter, consider reaching out to our support team to see how we can help you. We're happy to work with you to dial in your sweat care regimen or extend your delivery schedule so that you're not building up too much of a stockpile. How to cancel:
- First, log in to your Carpe account by clicking here. You'll receive a log in code through your email and phone number, and then you're signed in!
- Once logged in to your Carpe account, click on "Manage this subscription" under the product you would like to cancel
- From this menu, scroll down and click "Cancel subscription". You can also modify your frequency, scent, and more from this page!
- Finally, we'll ask you why you're canceling your subscription in order to better improve your experience for next time. We read each and every one of these, so please feel free to leave as much feedback as you like! Once you're done with this, click "Next".
- From here, you will click "Cancel Subscription" one last time to officially end your subscription / auto-renewal. If you'd like to restart your subscription, you can always come back to your Carpe account portal to re-activate your subscription (including your discount).
